Heartfelt Industries order processing and shipping policy.

Order Processing:

All orders will be shipped in the order they were received. We will try our hardest to ship as soon as possible after the order is received but at times there are conditions out of our control that may delay us doing so. There is no shipping on Holidays.

Shipping Policy:

Heartfelt Industries does not charge any handling fee on any shipments. The price you pay for shipping is the price we pay to the various shipping providers.

We have recently added a shipping estimator to our shopping cart. This will give you the lowest price to ship the items that you currently have in your shopping cart. The price you pay for shipping when you checkout may be different due to your selection of a faster shipping type (Priority Mail, 2nd Day Air etc.) during final checkout. For your convenience the estimated shipping fee also appears in the Mini Cart info box in the left side bar of each web site page.
